limit_count_to_goalboolean field added to the target configuration schema in CHT Core issue #10240.Companion PRs:

Adds
limit_count_to_goalto the field reference table in targets-js.md, with type, default, and descriptionAdds a paragraph to the Count Widgets section of targets-overview.md explaining the capping behavior and when to use it
